Please be as precise as possible about your inquiry.   
Provide  surnames and given names if available, dates, time period in Johnson County, locations, (town or township if known), children, siblings, other family members, former addresses, etc.

 Be specific in what you are looking for, so that time is not wasted in searching for something you already have.  Define in detail the information you wish to obtain. 
Include a self addressed stamped envelope. 

At present there is no charge for research, but a charge is made for the cost of obtaining copies and for postage costs.  Voluntary donations to the Iowa City Genealogical Society are appreciated.

Volunteer Lookup Team members  will do lookups by request in books and other genealogical resources they own and/or from ICGS books on file at the Historical Library here in Iowa City.    There may be a charge for some research by some researchers.
