Welcome to this web site! Many hours of work have been put into the research and documentation of these ancestors. There are two major Benskin families, one descended from a family who settled in Maryland quite early in American history. The other major family is this John Benskin family who immigrated in the early 1800s. The two families overlap in Missouri and it is somewhat difficult to keep them separate. My intent is to provide a complete genealogy of descendents of John Benskin and his wife Katherine. I welcome additional information as well as corrections. I'm especially interested in adding burial information as well as photos and obituaries.
