Mrs. William Larrabee
Clermont, Iowa, Dec, 31 (AP) - Mrs. William Larrabee, 89, widow
of former Governor Larrabee of Iowa, died last night. Widely
known as Iowa's "ideal mother," she had a definite
theory that women should not hold public office, that a man is
head of the household and always should be treated as such. Mrs.
