Amherst College, in the class of 1836, and of Andover Seminary.

August 19, 1846
Died. In Davenport, Iowa, June 28th, Adaline H., wife of James
Grant, Esq., and daughter of Asahel Hubbard, late of Davenport,
aged 24 years. Beloved in life and lamented in death. She united
with the Baptist church in Davenport in May, 1843, and died in
the hope of a blessed immortality beyond the grave.
