SICK AND INJURED
Mrs. Margaret Gergen, 28, of near Jackson, Neb., who was
seriously injured November 2, in a head-on automobile collision
near South Sioux City, was dismissed from St. Vincents
hospital Monday night.
Earl T. Nielen, 43, 2813 W. Edmunds avenue, who was badly beaten
November 6, was dismissed from St. Vincents hospital Monday
night.
Mrs. Ralph Dalton, 56, of LeMars suffered minor cuts and
lacerations about the head and body Monday evening in an
automobile accident on highway 75 just north of the city limits.
She was taken to St. Josephs hospital where her condition
was reported to be fair Tuesday.
Allen Grandon, 3-year-old son of Mr. and Mrs. I. A. Grandon, 4115
Monroe street, was treated at the police station Tuesday
afternoon for a smashed thumb suffered when he caught it in a
door at home.
Toni Cleveland, 3, 119 Center street, suffered cuts about the
face and body bruises Tuesday afternoon when she was struck by an
automobile at W. Third and Center streets. Chester Raby of
Merrill, who police said was driving the car, took the injured
girl to a physicians office for treatment.
