ONE SEEKS A DIVORCE; ONE ALSO GRANTED.
A petition for a divorce has been filed in district
court, one divorce has been granted and costs in another case
have been paid, making effective a decree granted some time ago.
The divorce action has been brought by Mrs. Ora Coleman against
Louis Coleman. She charges cruel and inhuman treatment. They were
married February 4, 1923, and separated December 26, 1927.
Willis Musser was given his freedom from Mrs. Emily Musser on
charges of cruelty. There were married April 29, 1923, at Elk
Point, S.D.
G. I. Glidden paid the costs of a divorce granted him from Mrs.
Thelma Glidden in January of this year. Divorces are not
effective until court costs are paid. Glidden charged his wife
with cruelty and adultery.
