DAVIS IS FACING ROBBERY CHARGE.
Alex Davis, 17 years old, Central addition, was held under $1,000 bond today by Police Judge A. R. Swartz on a charge of breaking and entering the Dave Howard home on South Walnut street.
Police were notified that money had been taken from the Howard house at 9:15 p.m. Friday and began an investigation at once. Davis was arrested by Desk Sergeant Carl M. Higdon at 3:10 p.m., Tuesday. He pleaded not guilty to the charge. Chief of Police Charles Sehl said he was alleged to have taken about $17.
