LEGAL NOTICES.
In the district court of Wapello county, Iowa, in probate.
In the matter of the estate of Nancy S. Weaton, deceased.
To Lemuel C. Hatton, Lemuel G. Hatton, Elaine Louise McConnell Hatton, Cora Ella Baker, John D. Wheaton, Cyrus F. Wheaton, and to whom it may concern.
You are hereby notified that the final report of the undersigned administrator of said estate is now on file in the office of the clerk of district court of Wapello county, Iowa, and unless you appear and show cause to the contrary, if any there be, on or before the second day of the next term of said court, commencing in Ottumwa in said county on the twenty-fifth day of August 1913, said report will be approved and the undersigned administrator discharged from further duty and responsibility therein.
