Nancy D. Hobbs filed an information Friday afternoon against her husband, James Hobbs, charging him with assault and battery, with intent to inflict great bodily injury. Hobbs was arrested Friday by Constable King, and arraigned before Justice Bickley. B. W. Scott appeared as attorney for the defendant and a change of venue was taken to the court of Justice Riordan.
