Mrs. C. E. Chenoweth of Alton was a Hawarden visitor last Friday.
A daughter was born at 7 o’clock Sunday evening to Mr. and Mrs. Joe
McCormick.
Miss Helen Greigg of LeMars spent the week end here with her parents, Mr.
and Mrs. Robert Greigg.
Mrs. Fred Fogel of Sioux City spent the week end here with her father, Frank
Jacobe, and with other relatives.
Russ Younie went to Sioux City Monday evening and has been attending a
manager’s meeting of the Northwestern Bell Telephone Company.
Mrs. James Mieras of Sioux City came up last Friday to visit with her
daughter and husband, Mr. and Mrs. Paul Robertson, and to form the
acquaintance of her little granddaughter in that home.
