Father Very Sick.
While visiting at the home of Mr. and Mrs. T. S. Snieders at their 50th
wedding anniversary Friday Mrs. Geo. Snieders of Ireton was called to
Chicago to see her father, Ben Bonnema, who had submitted to a serious
operation at a Chicago hospital that day. Mrs. Bonnema departed via LeMars
that evening to be at the bedside of her father. Mr. Bonnema is well known
here and usually spends his summers with Mr. and Mrs. Snieders near Ireton.
