Mr. and Mrs. Pete Statema welcomed a baby girl into their home Friday
morning.
Mrs. Ray Allard and daughters and Mrs. Joe Gronewald and Babe of Sibley,
Iowa, were guests at the home of their parents, Mr. and Mrs. Fred Meyers the
past week.
Russel Simenson submitted to an operation at the LeMars hospital last week.
Mr. and Mrs. Fred Meyer, Mrs. Ray Allard and Mrs. Joe Groenwalt spent
Thursday eve at the Phil Tricher home.
Lois Mitchell was a week end guest at the Delbert Day home.
Alida Harskamp spent Thursday and Friday at the Ring Wallenburg home.
Mrs. Julius Winterfeld is on the sick list.
Mr. and Mrs. Wm. Watkins and children of Hawarden were guests at the Frank
Bowden home.
Art Meyer and family spent Sunday at the F.A. Meyer home.
Nick Vander Tuig of Ireton is digging cisterns in District No. 1, 3, 5, 6,
8, and 9 in Center Township. All Center Twp. schools will be supplied with
water.
Walter Aardapple of Orange City was calling on friends Monday.
Lawrence and Henry Winterfeld motored to Sherman, S.D. Saturday evening.
