Roger B. Young, of Seney, was arrested at the instance of a Mr. Hoffler of
Dakota, for the sale of mortgaged property. He waved a preliminary
examination and was committed to jail by Esquire Alline, in default of $400
bail. After lying there a few days he yesterday succeeded in getting the
required bail, and is now at liberty.
