Clayton county to Miss Mary C. Campbell of Scott county.

DIED
On Sunday last, 10th inst., in this place of measles, Mrs. Ellen Cornelia,
wife of Horace S. Butter, aged 23 years, 8 months.

Obit.
Departed from this life on the 18th ult., after an illness of 12 days at the
house of her brother-in-law, T.S. Piersal, of measles, Hannah Goodrich, aged
21 years. She was a member of the Methodist E. Church.

In the Baptist church in this place, on last Sunday evening, 24th inst., by
Rev. A.H. Taylor, Mr. Wm. Penn Campbell to Miss Rosalie Fearing, both of
this place.

On the 17th inst. by the same, Mr. Robert L. Eaton to Miss Nancy Love, both
of Pleasant Valley, Scott county, Iowa.

DIED
On last Friday morning, 22 inst., after an illness of two weeks, Mr. Robert
T. McLoskey, one of the earliest and most respected citizens of this place.
