Ancestry- It is very well observed, that if a person has an
indistinct recollection of his ancestors which he wishes
brightened, all that he has to do is to become a candidate for
some office.
Died, Near Buffalo, on the 20th Aug, Mary Ellen, daughter of J.R.
and Leuvicy ROBISON, aged 2 years and nine months.

On the Waubscpinacon, Scott county, Iowa, on Thursday the 5th
inst, after a painful illness Mrs. Ann PARKHURST, consort
of Sterling PARKHURST, Esq, in the 63d year of her age.
Near Rockingham on Saturday the 7th inst., Joseph Morton,
youngest son of J.M. and Mary Eliza ROBERTSON, aged six months
and 24 days.
