A short time since Mrs. J.E. ROGERS, who had perfect confidence
in humanity, placed a number of jelly glasses out in the yard
while she was rearranging things about the house, and when she
went to get them, they were missing. She is willing for the
person who took the glasses to have the covers too, if they will
come after them. They may be found in the same place the glasses
were.

Mr. and Mrs. C.B. HARBACK returned yesterday morning from their
trip to Boston. That they had a good time would be putting it
very mild, it had been a decade or more since they left that part
of the country and their visit to the scenes of their early life
was fraught with much interest.
