Husband Wanted to Live in Tent;
Wife Gets Divorce.
Because she refused to live with her husband in a tent while he chopped trees in the woods, he became angry and a separation resulted. Mrs. Alice Shepard testified in divorce court yesterday.
Judge Herman Zeuch granted her divorce from Angus L. Shepard on the grounds of cruel and inhuman treatment. Mrs. Shepard said she had six children by a previous marriage, whose health would have been endangered if they had been forced to life under canvas.
