URSLA MCNAMARA
Miss Ursula McNamara, the fourteen year old daughter of Mr. and
Mrs. .J. F. McNamara, 1427 Sixth avenue south, died on Monday,
June 3, after an illness of about four months. Miss McNamara
suffered from a severe fall some few weeks before her death,
which injured the spine and hastened the end. Besides her father
and mother, four brothers and one sister are left to mourn her
loss. Three of her brothers, Daniel, Thomas and Jerome, are in
the army. The many warm friends of the family extend their
heartfelt sympathy. The funeral was held from Sacred Heart Church
on Thursday morning, June 6. Rev. E. Heelag celebrated requiem
high mass and preached a touching sermon on death and the
necessity of prayer.
