HORSE’S KICK MAY PROVE FATAL TO BOY
Harry Ellis, 10 Years Old, Is Kicked in the Face While Playing in Pasture.
Harry Ellis, the 10-year-old son of Arthur Ellis, a farmer living on the South East Fifth street road and McKinley avenue, sustained probably fatal injuries yesterday afternoon when he was kicked by a horse belonging to Marion Fisher, a neighbor. The child was attended by Dr. H. L. Sayler, city physician.
Young Ellis was playing in the pasture and ventured too close to the horse’s heels. The animal kicked him in the face. Up until a late hour last night the child had not regained consciousness.
