TO MOVE TO SIOUX CITY - H. F. Schultz of Storm Lake Will
Leave Scene of Recent Escapade.
STORM LAKE, Ia., Dec. 4.—H. F. Schultz, former
county attorney, has announced that he will move to Sioux City in
the spring to practice law. Ever since the shooting escapade in
which Mr. Schultz and A. A. Smith were involved, it has been
understood that he would leave here. Mr. Smith moved to Des
Moines some time ago. It is generally believed that the criminal
proceedings instituted against Mr. Smith will be dropped.
