TO BE TRIED IN SEPTEMBER - H. Fred Schultz, Storm Lake
Attorney Who Figured in Shooting Scrape, Expresses Confidence.
IOWA FALLS, Ia., April 8.—(Special.)—H. Fred
Schultz, the Storm Lake attorney who figured in a sensational
shooting affray there in January, has been visiting relatives in
this county, which was Schult’z former home. He has about
recovered and expresses himself as confident of exoneration of
any wrong doing. The trial has been set for September.
