Louis Ruwe Belongs to Iowa
The state board of control has received an opinion from Attorney
General Remley, in which the latter holds that Louis Ruwe, Jr.,
an insane patient in this state, is a resident of Scott county,
Iowa, and that Iowa is responsible for his care. The state board
of control has been contesting with the authorities of Minnesota,
from whence the ward came, that that state should pay for his
care. The board has notified the authorities of Scott county to
assume charge of Ruwe since receiving the attorney general's
opinion.
