Frank Perkins, nephew of Dr. Hackett and a young man about seventeen years old died Monday morning at 2:30 o'clock of heart disease and dropsy. He was buried yesterday at 3 P.M. He has been afflicted for about three years and death brings relief to a patient endurer of a severe affliction.
