Honor students of the graduating class were Bertha Peterson,
Margaret Ling, Marian Diamond and Jessie Lou McChesney.
The three-act play, "Go Slow Mary" which was presented
at the Menning school, will be given at the Fraternity hall
Friday. The cast includes Ralph Van Den Brink, Julia Douma,
Minnie Douma, Mary Merley, Gerrit Blankers, Jake Couma, Dorothy
Van Meeteren, Wava Davison, Florence Merley, William Wiekamp,
Clarence Pekelder. A reading "Bobby Shaftoe," will be
given by Dorothy Den Beste, Irene Van Dyke, teacher.
The Ao-i-ya Camp Fire Girls will present the Camp Fire play,
"The Call of Wohela" May 27. The case includes: Ruth
Reagen, Fern Myers, Faye McDowell, Frances Struyk, Cleo Loafman,
Marian Miller, LaVonne Hedeen, Virginia De Witt and Gladys
Wilson.
