The Malta Lodge Knights of Pythias kept Watch Night Thursday
evening, the 31st and between 50 and 60 Knights waited for the
coming of the New Year. There was a program with Reverend Knights
McClain and Bushnell and Dr. H.J. Brackney as speakers, and Dr.
W.R. Brock read Prentice's poem, "Midnight." After that
lunch and cigars, and as the hour touched the turning point, all
Knights said "Hail, 1915" There was an abundance of
good music by the K.P. Quartette composed of Knights S.D.
Robinson, H.J. Woods, George and Hal Buntley.
