SHAW -- Died at her home at Kirkville, Ia.,
Saturday, January 25, 1908, at 10:30 a.m. of erysipelas after ten
days' illness, Claretta Medora Shaw, aged 61 years, 9 months and
16 days. Deceased was born in Indiana, April 7, 1846, and had
resided in Mahaska County forty-eight years. Funeral services
Wednesday, January 28, at the Kirkville M.E. Church and interment
in Kirkville Cemetery. Deceased is survived by the following
children: Mrs. Morna Brown, Claude H. Shaw, Mrs. Effie Johnson,
Mrs. Myrtle Foster, Ralph M. Shaw, Ernest L. Shaw, Mrs. Mabel
Seigrist, R. Theo. Shaw, Gladys F. Shaw and Mrs. Sadie McDonough.
