H. H. MUNSON, formerly of Truro, has moved to Winterset and opened a manufacturing plant in the SNYDER building. He has a patent for a revolving clod feeder for corn planters.

Albert MILLER, infant son of Earl L. and Onie MILLER, died on December 1st and was laid to rest at the Worthington Cemetery.

Judge W. H. FAHEY of Perry is on the Bench for the December term of the District Court in Winterset. Patrick KING is foreman of the grand jury.

Walter MILLER, 23 day old son of David and Ethel (HANSEN) MILLER, died on November 30th.

G. N. VAN HOSEN, a native of Winterset, died at Springfield, Missouri.

Among the college students that were home for Thanksgiving were:

Francine SMITH, Alberta FOX and Ruth LEVEKE from Simpson
Mildred LEINARD and Earl CLINE from Drake

Ed DUFF, Bevington stock buyer, was found dead in the timber near the railroad bridge over Middle River, near Yaggy, on December 10. He had been missing for several days. Death was thought to be caused by a heart attack or exposure.

Guy M. HAYS and Lora L. CLEMENTS were married on December 4th.

The high school athletic association announced a vaudeville entertainment, to be held at the Majestic theatre here, as a benifit for the athletic fund.

John BEARD and Ada May LOONEY were married on December 4th.

Clarence R. GREEN and Miss Mary NEWLON of Winterset are to be married on December 12th.
