A large number from this vicinity attended the Klan banquet held
last Friday evening at Rock Rapids and report a very pleasant
evening.

Mr. and Mrs. Wm. Reinke and Mr. and Mrs. Chas. Hocke went to
Alexandria, SD, Sunday to attend the funeral of Mr. Reinke's
nephew, whose death occured the latter part of the week.
