Birthday Celebration
Yesterday was a red letter day in Comrade Martin Anderson's
calendar. That worthy citizen had reached his 67th birthday and
the event was celebrated by a good old time dinner party. About
25 G. A. R. comrades heard the mess call. The delightful social
hour will live long in the memory of those who were present to
enjoy the hospitality of Mr. and Mrs. Anderson and their family
who were counted among those who contributed to the welfare of
our community. The Herald echos the sentiment of the
many friends in wishing for Mr. Anderson many more years of life,
health, and usefulness.
