WESLEY PRIVATE GIVEN MEDICAL ARMY DISCHARGE
Wesley: Pvt. Paul Schrauth received a medical discharge
from the U. S. Army and arrived home Wednesday morning. Paul had
been in service 21 months and had been in Algiers, Tunis and
Morocco. He was returned to the States six weeks ago and spent
that time in the Darnell hospital at Danville, Ky. Paul is a son
of Mr. and Mrs. Bernard Schrauth.
MANY RELATIVES ATTEND WEDDING AT ST. BENEDICT
Relatives from here attended the Bob Garman and Arlene
Marso wedding at St. Benedict, formerly Wesley vicinity farmers,
and his bride is the daughter of Mrs. Lena Marso and
granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Greg Studer of St. Benedict. The
young couple treated their many friends to a wedding dance in the
Kleinpeter hall that evening. Bob will assist his father with the
farm work.
