Seneca Seniors Put on Class Play
Seneca, May 20. Special: The Senior Class of 1930
presented their class play to the public Thursday and Friday
evening of last week at the Seneca school house. The play, Ill
Explain Everything, a comedy in three acts, was well put
over. The cast of characters was as follows:
Henry Becker, cashier of F. S. Bank . . . . . Arnold Anderson
Valentine Scott, Beckers friend and advisor . . . . . Lyle
Schuler
Montgomery Wash, Pres. of Federal Trust Co. . . . . . Dan
Engessor
Walt Daw, advertising man from Los Angeles . . . . . Howard

James Darby, English, Henrys brother-in-law . . . . . Paul

Gerty Becker, Henrys wife . . . .. . Winifred Scully

There were also a few musical numbers given before the rise of
the curtain. The orchestra played a few selections. Between acts
a chorus of girls and the cast sang a Heigh Ho
chorus. Forest Christensen and Sadie Potter, accompanied by a
chorus sang Mud Pie Days. The Rain chorus by Harriet
Jensen and the finale with the senior class song closed the
evening. A very large crowd attended both evenings and the Play
was a huge success.
