POLICE LOCATE JOHN BROGAN IN RICE LAKE FOR LOST DAUGHTER.
Iowa City police have suceeded in locating Mr. John Brogan, the
father of Mrs. F. H. Higgins, of Spokane, Washington. The father,
who formerly lived in Iowa City, was found in Rice Lake, Wis. The
daughter was three years old when her parents parted and she had
not seen either of them since. She was very anxious to find him.
Chief of Police J. J. Lorack wrote the glad tidings to the
daughter last night.
