Mrs. Amanda Crutts died Sunday morning at the D.S. Knudsen
residence in Ida Grove where she was making her home, her demise
being due to infirmities of age. She was 88 years old.
A 300 pound hampshire hog was found wandering around the
passenger station by Marshall Jeffries Saturday night. He watched
it until daylight and then made a check up to find it belonged to
Garrigan and Finch firm. The only way the hog could have gotten
out was by someone letting it out.
