Mr. and Mrs. L. C. Stearns attended D. of R. Lodge Friday evening
in Humboldt.
Mr. and Mrs. Will Sheridan, Mr. Agnes Christiansen, Mrs. Victoria
Smith and sons, called on the formers relatives in Renwick,
Sunday.
Mrs. Ben Molander and son Leslie, Mrs. Sophie Fredericksen and
daughter, Meta, autoed up from Humboldt Sunday and called at the
Chris Bonde home.
Mr. Johnson, of Fort Dodge, was a town business caller, Saturday
and Sunday.
Mr. and Mrs. Frank Baldwin and children called Sunday afternoon
at the C. Bonde home.
Mr. and Mrs. Andrew Arent and Miss Leone called on relatives in
Badger, Sunday.
Mr. and Mrs. Lawrence Braby and Virginia of Humboldt, called on
relatives west of town, Sunday.
Mrs. F. Davenport is the owner of a new Ford car.
Mr. and Mrs. Russell Gatten and children of Ottosen and Mrs. Inga
Smith of Bradgate, called on the Andrew Smith family here,
Sunday.
Miss Selma Paulson left Monday to assist with the house work for
Mrs. John Sarsgard, west of town.
Mrs. Will Sheridans uncle of Renwick, called here Friday.
Mrs. Will Braby, Mrs. G. Koepke, Mrs. Ione Lock Jr., Mrs. R. C.
Bair and Mrs. Murray Bair autoed to Clarion, Tuesday to attend
the R. N. A. convention.
Mr. and Mrs. L. Sarsgaard of Humboldt, called at the John
Sarsgaard home, Sunday.
Little Miss Bonnie Bair spent Tuesday in town; visiting at the L.
C. Stearns home.
The Messrs. Fremond and Harry Bonde, L. C. Stearns, Grant Hoffman
and Gilbert Koppe attended the I.O.O.F. lodge in Humboldt,
Wednesday evening.
Edwin Paulson left Friday evening for Chicago, where he has a
good job working for a hardware company.
Chris Bonde, who has been layed up from his work on account of
his leg which he hurt some time ago, began work in the shop again
Monday.
Mr. and Mrs. Niels P. Nielsen were business callers in Clarion,
Saturday. They expect to move there very soon.
Mr. Rhoar was an over Sunday called at his home in Dakota City.
Mrs. B. Carlyes uncle of Orent, came the latter part of the
week for a short visit here.
Mr. Guilixson of Bode called on his son and wife the past week.
Mrs. Lucile Heims entertained Thursday in honor of her sons
birthday.
The Elight Club members were entertained Friday at the home of
Mrs. Clifford Davenport. A very good time was the result.
