Geo. Reinhardt and wife contemplate moving to Iowa Falls in the spring.

The Blacksmiths are the buisest men out nowadays.

Lee Center is expecting to have a Christmas Tree.

Misses Newton and Geisler were in the burg shopping Monday.

Henry Rommll Sr. expects to shell corn tomorrow.

Anna Rommell recently underwent an opertation for appendecitus at the Finley Hospital Dubuque where she has been training for a nurse for sometime past, she is reported as getting along nicely.

Mr. and Mrs. G. W. Kelsey have returned from the wedding of Mr. Kelsey's sister east of Iowa Falls.

Mrs. John Allison has been enjoying a visit from two sisters living at Gardner, Iowa.

E. C. Patterson, of Iowa Falls, was an Alden visitor Monday afternoon.

W. J. Donelson delivered one of his famous spotted ponies at the Warren Collins home Tuesday.

Mrs. N. B. Ivine of St. Anthony spent last week visiting with relatives in Alden.

Miss Louise Taylor of Chicago arrived in Alden last week for a visit at her Alden home.

Mrs. John Allen returned last week from Finley Hospital Dubuque and will complete her convalescence at home.

W. T. Underwood, of Alexandria, South Dakota spent a part of the past week visiting his mother and brother in Buckeye Township.

Walter Cox went to Waterloo for a short visit at his mother's home.

Misses Josie Wirlaga and Ida Steffler were callers at Iowa Falls Monday.

Mrs. M. A. Whitney spent a part of the past week at Waterloo visiting her mother and many other relatives there.
