After a lingering illness extending over several months, Mrs.
Elizabeth Vaughn passed away at the home place south of town on
last Friday morning at 10 o'clock. The funeral services were held
at the Union schoolhouse Saturday at one p.m., conducted by Rev.
M. F.Browser, assisted by Rev.John Zuck, interment being in Union
cemetery.Thus has passed another pioneer, a Christian woman, a
loving mother and a good neighbor. Her loss will be mourned by
all.--Hamburg Reporter.
