- Mrs. A. P. Staught and son, Ernest, from Galena, Kansas, are
visiting at the Fred Hiatt home. Mrs. Staught is a sister of Mrs.
Hiatt....
- This office is in receipt of a card announcing the arrival of
Milton Martin McCartney on the 30th of September at the home of
Mr. and Mrs. C. R. McCartney of Thurman....
- Master Emmos Howe, of Britton, S. D., is here for a continued
visit at the J. S. Estes home. He is a brother of Mrs. Estes.
Imogene News
John Mahoney of Imogene, a stock buyer, died at the home of his
father Tuesday morning. Mr. Mahony was connected with John
Barrigan in the stock buying business and was a single man about
40 years old. He resided with his aged father. He was well known
over the county, and well thought of by all.
