Miss Mildred Pribbenow and Miss Virginia Eddy returned Friday
from a four-day trip to the Century of Progress in Chicago.
Mr. and Mrs. O.J. Krause, of Peking, China, visited this week
with Miss Lillian Raper. They are engaged as Methodist
missionaries and Miss Raper made her home with them part of the
time that she was oding nursing for the Methodist missions in the
Orient.
Miss Helen Nancolas is at Kirksville, Missouri, visiting with
Miss Marie Conner. The young ladies are co-workers in the
commercial department of the public schools at Keokuk.
Mrs. Miles Long and daughter, Miss Dorothy Long, returned
Thursday from a several weeks motor trip to South New Berlin, New
York. Enroute home they stopped in Chicago for a several days
visit at the World's Fair.
