Miss Helen Towle was here over the weekend from Iowa State
Teachers College, at Cedar Falls, for a visit at the Ray Towle
home. She was accompanied by Miss Caroline Rough, a Pi Theta Pi
sorority sister at the college.
Mr. and Mrs. H.B. McGee left last week with his parents, Mr. and
Mrs. R.K. McGee, of Indianola, on a motor trip to Winnepeg,
Canada, and other points. They plan to be gone ten days or two
weeks.
Mr. and Mrs. Rollin K. Stonebrook and baby daughter, of Asbury
Park, New Jersey, are here for a visit at the A.E. Stonebrook
home and with relatives at Eldora. Mr. Stonebrook is manager of
the Paramount-Publix theatre at Asbury Park.
Miss Thyria Hughart, of Hampton, a student at the University of
Iowa, at Iowa City, was a member of the cast of "My Ladies
Dress", a play presented by the University Players last
Wednesday and Thursday.
