MRS. OXBERGER IS UNDER ARREST
For Shooting and Killing Mrs. Nicolls — Both Third
Degree Divorcees

Sioux City, Iowa, Nov. 22— Mrs. Martha Oxcberger, 40 years
old, was under arrest today, charged with shooting and killing
Mrs. Ella Nicolls, 46, a neighbor, at Mrs. Oxberger’s home
here last night. Mrs. Oxberger is a divorced wife of Henry
Nicolls, husband of the woman who was shot. Both women had been
divorced twice and were living with their third husbands. Nicolls
is being held as a material witness.
