JULIA ARMSTRONG.
At the residence of Mr. Dodds, on the 19th instant, by
Rev. Henry Bell, Mr. HENRY C. MATTHEWS and MISS CYRENA E. DODDS, all of Des
Moines county, Iowa.
In Denmark on the 23d inst., Mr. LUMON SAUNDERS, of
Grinnell, and Miss JENNIE W. TAYLOR, of Denmark.
DIED.
March 17th, 1864, at the residence of his father,
CHARLES, son of A.M. and J.A. Armstrong, (late of Cuba, New York) aged 3 years
and 7 months.
At West Point, Lee County, Iowa, on the 19th inst., Mrs.
SYBILLA, wife of Arnold Kuechen, in the 51st year of her age.
In Blakesburg, Wapello Co., on the 17th inst., of Lung Fever
BERT TERRILL, aged 20 years, 4 months, and 21 days.
The deceased was a member of Co. K, 3d Iowa cavalry, had
re-enlisted and while at home upon a short visit was attacked by the disease
which terminated his life.
BIG SPRING, LOUISA COUNTY.- A post office seems to have been established as above, but no one can tell where it is or where to find the new post master. Will some one in Louisa county tell us about it and where to send mail matter for Big Spring, Louisa County, Iowa.
