Died.  In this City on Tuesday evening last, Leigh, only child of O.C. and
Ann E. Wightman, aged two and a half years.

Married.
- In South Burlington, on the 6th inst., by Rev. Wm. F. Baird, Capt. Gordon
Smith, of this city, to Mrs. Ann Wilson, lately from the city of London,
Eng.
- On the 7th instant, by Rev. G.J. Johnson, Mr. John B. Redding, of Augusta
township, to Miss Mary Ann Gilliand, of Benton, both of this county.

Portable Saw Mill for Sale.
Wishing to go to California, the subscriber offers for sale at a bargain,
one of the very best Circular Saw Mills in the State.  Purchasers are
invited to call and see it work, three miles south of Burlington on the

The auction notes due the Estate of Wesley Jones, deceased, are in the
possession of the subscriber, to whom payment must be made immediately.
