Notice is hereby given to all persons interested, that the
undersigned, guardian of Ann Eliza Frazer, will on Saturday the 26th
day of April next present a petition to the Probate court of
Desmoines county, Iowa, for a license and decree of said court
authorizing him as such guardian to sell the Real Estate of said
minor, to wit, the east half of south-west qr of sec 20, twp 60,
range 2 W and south half of east half of same qr section.  James W.
