W.A. Rall and H.A. Hoyt returned from Des Moines
yesterday.
Mrs. J.H. Wasson has been quite sick the past week.
Mrs. E.W. Gaylord of Minneapolis is visiting with Mrs. H.J.
Holmes.
Mr. L.M. Stoops' little daughter, Abbey, is suffering with
diphtheria.
Mrs. W.H. Brokaw has been visiting with a daughter in Rock Island
the past week.
Mr. and Mrs. Elmer Millard have returned from a visit with
relatives in the northeastern part of the state.
Mrs. Frankie Tabor arrived in Perry Thursday, from Waverly, to
make her home with her son, R.Z. Tabor.
Charles Taylor has entered the employment of the Walters, Talbot
Printing Co., at Des Moines, as solicitor.
Taken up - a horse, which owner can have by paying for this ad
and for feeding. M.L. Case.
Dr. O.B. Christie has taken a thorough course in the latest
treatment of chronic diseases and will cure any diseases that can
be cured.
Herb Forgrave and Doc Dunlap have agreed that the one who shaves
first pays a penalty. But a difficulty arises in that the one has
no way of telling when the other has shaved.
