Top Notch Pig Club
Saturday evening, August 9th, members of the Top Notch 4-H Pig Club met at the City Hall, Monona, and held their regular meeting. The meeting was called to order by Carl Johanningmeier, president. Minutes of last meeting and roll call was given by secretary, Ted Baade.

County Agent Combs was present and assisted with the meeting. Plans were discussed for the showing of the pigs and poultry at the County Fairs.

Those present at the meeting were Ted Baade, Lloyd Johanningmeier, Harvey montour, Carl Johanningmeier, Starr Baade, Floyd Montour, June Johanningmeier, Myron Dettman, and Willis Johanningmeier. Much interest was shown in the meeting. The next regular meeting will be held at the home of Ted Baade.

Clothing Club Meeting
The Eager Hands Clothing Club of Giard Township met at the home of Irene Burlingame on Friday, August 8th. The meeting was called to order by President, Hazel Meier. Plans for the 4-H booths to be on display at the county fairs and a 4-H camping trip were discussed.

Willa Helwig gave a piano solo "The Swan". Members giving talks during the meeting were: Florence Meier "The Part Accessories Play in a Girls' Costume" and Ethel Marfilius "The Club Girl's Manners". Delicious refreshments were served by Gladys and Irene Burlingame.

Entwisle Reunion Held at West Union
The Entwisle family reunion was held at West Union Fair Grounds Sunday, August 10th. Those present were: Mrs. Clara Stafford, Mr. and Mrs. Wm. Pierce and children, Mr. and Mrs. Frank Hyman, Mr. and Mrs. Floyd Nefzgler, Ralph Pierce and children, Mrs. Floyd Wickham and family, Mr. and Mrs. Glen Pierce and family, Mr. and Mrs. Geo.
