JONES-FLACK
Miss Lola I. E. church in Spirit Lake, the Rev. W. H. Lease officiating. Present for the ceremony were the parents of both the bride and groom, Mr. and Mrs. Laverne Arndt of Dickens, Mrs. Marland Monselle of Ruthven and Bobby and Raymond Jones, brothers of Miss Jones. A pink silk crepe frock of floor length with white slippers, gloves and hat were the bride’s wedding costume.

Following the ceremony the wedding party and guests drove to the tourist park in Spirit Lake where a picnic menu dinner including a white wedding cake decorated with a miniature bride and groom was served. The newly married couple are now at home at 251 West Pine street. They plan to take a trip to Duluth and other points in northern Minnesota some time in August. Mrs. Flack attended the high school at Dickens and has been at home with her parents. Mr. Flack is a graduate of the Class of 1931 of the same high school, and is now associated with his father in the Flack Implement shop in Spencer.

Her bouquet was composed of roses, snapdragons and baby breath. Mr. and Mrs. Case left that evening on a wedding trip through Minnesota and will return Friday evening when a reception will be given in their honor at the P. J. Flipsey home. Mrs. Case is a graduate of the Spencer high school with the Class of 1925 and has been engaged in teaching the Harmony school the past six years.
