Notice to the Public
I have been advised that the tent show company being organized and offering their capital stock for sale in Greene and other nearby towns as an investment are causing confusion in the minds of many people who seem to think I am interested in the deal. I beg to state any such project is in no way connected with me or my affairs. The Hazel M. Cass Shows have spent and lost nearly fifty thousand dollars before a name and territory were built up to a point where the shows would pay their way and no part of it was ever taken from the stockholders on stock sales. None of the Hazel M. Cass Attractions are interested in any way, shape or form in this new venture of trying to sell stock to the public.
