Nashua, Chickasaw, Iowa
October 6, 1910
A wedding took place in Dyersville yesterday morning, one of the
chief actors in which is a Nashua boy, Mr. Charles Beckmann, who
came here from Waverly a few months ago to clerk for Leuthold
& Hinkley. Nashua claims some relationship to the bride also,
she being Miss Meta, the youngest sister of Rev. Fr. Kunkel, who
went down the latter part of last week to be present at the
event. The wedding was a quiet affair, taking place in the
Catholic church in Dyersville at 8 o'clock. Mr. and Mrs. Beckmann
are expected in Nashua the latter part of the week to make their
residence here. The Reporter extends its kindest
greetings to the young couple.
