Yesterday morning a Telegraph representative, by his own request, was conducted by City Clerk STAFFORD, who is also Chief Engineer of the Fire Department, through the city buildings at the southwest corner of Fourth and Walnut streets. These buildings constitute the headquarters of the Fire Department which has made a more than state wide reputation for itself and for our beautiful city.
