The Danish Lutheran people out about the Oak Hill Church partook of the fruition of a long cherished wish last Sunday. That day a new schoolhouse was formally dedicated that had been built by private subscription and in which, as soon as the district schools are out, instruction will be imparted in the Danish language. Here, too, their young feet will be started in the path that leads to the house not made with hands; eternal in the heavens.

The race track is in fine shape now and the [owner brothers] Marion and Frank JENKINS daily have some of their fine horses out practicing for future races.
